PrisonTel provides secure telephone services in accordance with prison regulations. All calls are subject to monitoring and approval.
Calls can only be made to approved numbers in line with prison policies. Prisoners must be authorised to use telephone services.
Sentenced prisoners may use the service until their release date or Home Detention Curfew (HDC), subject to approval.
Remanded prisoners are subject to additional restrictions and approvals based on prison regulations.
